Flag heights and lengths [high x fly] are shown in inches {“} feet {‘} or fraction {½} of a foot.

Flags 2′ high x 3′ fly through 15′ high x 25′ fly are manufactured with large, embroidered stars for exceptional beauty.

Flags 3′ high x 5′ fly through 6′ high x 10′ fly are manufactured with a 10 oz 100% cotton duck header and have brass #2 grommets added for durability and stability.

Flags 8′ high x 12′ fly and larger have nylon rope sewn into a duck header and have box-and-cross-stitched fly corners added for strength.  Galvanized thimbles are used in lieu of brass grommets on these larger flags.

Flags 10′ high x 15′ fly and larger have brass grommets added to rope headers to ensure stability and durability.  Number of grommets added depends on flag size and is stated in its description.

Pole heights shown are “Above ground.”  Additional pole lengths are manufactured to meet installation requirements.  A schematic and installation instructions are shipped with each ‘in-ground’ pole.


FABRICS we use making our quality American flags

Best flags are made from traditional and great looking double-ply mercerized cotton fabric.  U.S. flags are manufactured with a white cotton header, two brass grommets, embroidered stars and and lock-step stitching.  These flags have an extremely rich look, with vibrant and long lasting colors.  They wear well and are ideal for special flag flying holidays and ceremoniesFlags are 100% made in the U.S.A.

Duratex II®  is a lightweight, single-ply, Tricot knit polyester fabric designed for flags that need to fly well in wet and windy conditions.  It is manufactured with a white cotton header, two brass grommets, embroidered stars and lock-step stitching.  This material repels water like Nylon, maintains its colors and stars very well, and keeps its surface shine with the durability of Polyester.  Flags are 100% made in the U.S.A.

Koralex II Improved Technology fabric is spun from 100% 2-ply polyester, a material ideal for flags displayed in extreme weather conditions.  Flags from this fabric are durable, very strong, and are made with brass grommets, embroidered stars, brilliant colors and lock stitching, all of which enhance this material’s rich look and feel.  Flags are 100% made in the U.S.A.

Nylon-AF™, Nylon-EF™ and Nyl-Glo™ are top-quality 200 denier yarns that weigh approximately 3.2 ozs per square yard.  All are excellent materials for flags and banners that require resistance to constant sunlight and moisture.  Available in many different colors, hems sewn into this material are lock stitched to resist fraying and unravelling.

Perma-Nyl® is a heavyweight nylon fabric that is very strong, has a beautiful finish and provides long-lasting, brilliant colors.  It is our most popular flag material, and is used primarily for flags requiring cotton duck headers, embroidered stars and brass grommets.  These flags give full-effect when flying in the slightest breeze, and dry quickly.  Flags are 100% made in the U.S.A.

RePatriot® flags are made from 100% recycled plasticYarn is created from 100% Post Consumer Recycled PET bottles, then woven into gloss fabrics dyed red, white and blue.  Flags are made with 10 oz white cotton duck headers, embroidered stars, two brass grommets and locked stitched seams.  These 100% ‘green’ flags from recycled plastic are for indoor or outdoor display and have the look and feel of 200 denier nylon.  Flags are 100% made in the U.S.A.

Spectra-max™ is a 200 denier nylon quality, sturdy fabric used for displaying dye sublimated printed images.  Flags made with this material are carefully stitched and hemmed, and come with canvass header and grommets installed.  Flags are 100% made in the U.S.A.

Spectra-pro™ is a premium 2-ply spun polyester printed fabric used generally for flags displayed 24/7 in extreme weather conditions.  Finished flags have a rich look and feel and will last 15-30% longer than standard nylon flags.  Flags are manufactured with a white cotton header, brass grommets and lock-step stitching.  Flags are 100% made in the U.S.A.
